In the world where everyone forgets the path they came across, we will see to a person who has contributed for the deprived and lowly. He is one of the well-off person in the world, CEO of a big organization, where millions of people are working around the world. He is Bill Gates. He has made a mark in the world with his knowledge in the technology, but we will look into the tender side of Bill Gates who is contributing a part of his earnings for the deprived people who does not have enough facilities for their teaching.
Bill Gates has formed a institution with his wife Melinda Gates to spread the endeavor to help lowly students of different communities. The institution provides funding for students who are coming from very low income families. They have named the scholarships as Bill Gates Scholarships. The students from different ethnic groups like Native Americans, African Americans, Hispanics and Asian and Pacific Islanders are privileged under this scholarship. There are various scholarships based on the need of each module.
At this point, you need to begin thinking about how you will pay for the courses of your college-bound child. With the increasing cost of tuition fees, you need to plan ahead well of time to avoid any problems, especially if you not well-off. You probably already know how difficult it is to have to deal with the increasing costs of your child’s high school education before. The earlier you start thinking about your child’s college education, the less you will have financial problems later.
Gates Millennium Scholars Program is the main attraction for students. It is given to students who are excellent in their studious subject but are from low income families. The institution does not insist a lot of form filling process to provide these scholarships.
For graduate student scoring the degree or a GED makes them adequate for the scholarship while a grade of 3.3 can make you adequate for a scholarship. That is the difference of the scholarship provided by the institution. It varies according situation.
A Scholarship: Despite the fact that scholarships are mostly meant for students who have the ‘brains’ but not the ‘money’, not all college scholarships are intended for academics. Students who do not have the best academic record can still qualify for many other college scholarships. There are college sports scholarships, community service work scholarships, social involvement scholarships and many others. These are just a couple of the different types of scholarships for your child if he / she is not that academically talented.
‘Student Loans’: these types of loan have much lower interest rates compared to other sorts of loan. Some loans are off-set, which means that the interest does not accumulate until a student finishes college. Moreover, these loans do not require collateral, and therefore, you do not need to worry about putting your own home up as collateral against the student loan for your child. Most of these loans are available on different repayment plans at low interest rates and low monthly installment payments.
The students can get an on campus job or try to get any other scholarship in addition to the scholarship provided by Gate institution. This will relieve them from the burden of student loan and can peacefully complete the module.

Today everyone wishes to possess a self owned house. Some people can afford to buy house on their own but majority of people prefer taking loans either from banks or financial institutions. There are many banks and financial institutions that are offering easy loans for purchasing houses and even construction of same. One may choose a bank or any financial institution on the basis of the banks charging lesser rate of interest. There are certain terms and conditions which should be followed before assigning the loan to a person. The banks or financial institutions shall also ask the person to submit some documents which are necessary in order to avail such loan. The basic reason for asking these documents is to authenticate the identity of the person who is in need of a loan.
These banks and financial institutions offer tenure of three years, six years, twelve years or fifteen years. It all differs and depends on banks and financial institutions. The tenure may be selected by the person in need of loan.
EMI’s which stands for Equated Monthly Installment varies depending upon the tenure one chooses. The more the number of years, the EMI will decrease. It means that the monthly payment of installments decreases as the number of years increase. If the number of years is less, the EMI will definitely increase. The main purpose of the bank is to get back the loan amount along with the interest.
It is very necessary for the person who wishes to buy house to first calculate the actual price of the house. Secondly the person should check that the property he is willing to buy is free from any legal obligations. In order to prove it is a better idea to get a No Objection Certificate. Loan is only granted after application form along with relevant documents is submitted in the bank. Income proof and residential address proof are most important documents which the banks or financial institutions generally ask for. Banks and financial institutions also verify the organization or company in which the person seeking loan is employed and even verify his residential address.
After all the conditions and requirements of bank are fulfilled bank issues a sanction letter which has all the details in it. These loan details include the actual loan amount, the rate of interest charged, tenure of the loan as well as the mode of repaying the loan amount. It is also the condition of the bank and financial institution to mortgage the original documents related to the property that is being purchased. The reason bank or financial institutions keep these documents are just for the security purpose. These documents stay in safe custody of the bank till the entire loan amount is completely repaid. These documents are also sent for scrutiny in the regular audit of the banks. After visiting the property and ensuring everything the loan is finally disbursed.
Those dreaming to have self owned house, for them loan is just like a blessing. These housing loans ensure one in fulfilling one’s dream of self owned house. Dreams are converted into reality by housing loans.
