Where do you get help to obtain grants not loans to start a business?

Starting a business costs money. I need several grants to start a metal detecting business and I don’t want to get a loan from the SBA because I am 58 and do not need the aggravation of paying back a loan when there are grants out there. Matt Lesko’s programs not withstanding, I need specific details on where and how to obtain grants. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
