Does anyone know of a reliable organization that offers medical grants for surgery?

Can you answer Trans Ham’s question?:
I am disabled an unable to pay for surgery. It seems every website i find just gives grants for research. I am trying to find a organization that will give me an individual grant. Preferably a government one, its less risky. It would also help if they are willing to supply a grant for cosmetic surgery. Although my surgery is VERY much a necessity for my mental health, it will be looked at as not needed for my physical. any help will be greatly appreciated.
