Vote: www.youtube.com This is my proposal for the YouTube Next Up Grant. These videos were shot many months ago and reflect that I was still a bit new to the concept of live filming. I’ve got better – but there is always room for improvement. ![]()

Yup, you got cool videos. Claire said you did and I trust her – even with a beer in her hand.
@SAHBfan Follow the link in the undre bar to get to the voting page. Once there just click the “yes” thumbs up. Or go to the “Next up” contest on the creators channel & search for “TheTruePooka”.
And thank you.
Er, yep… but, er:
How do we vote????
@BillKiernan i was wisecracking as a 5 year old and my name means the bear solider of Thor we talked for 15 minutes before i was picked up by my mum, my ending argument was my god has a hammer yous was nailed to the cross you have around your neck and my god is more fun than yours ..yes i started early but only cos i hate how the Christians killed the norse faith
@BillKiernan i know a person, and i use know in the sense i have met the person and talked to her rather then i am friends or even willing to say we are the same Species who thinks the earth is 6000 years old, that the bible is true to the point humans was made TWICE by god that dinos are fake and she went mad when her kid got a dino toy in a happy meal…and i am not kidding when i tried to find out what is wrong with kids dino toys she damned near hit me and i was 5 years old
@TheTruePooka
Thunderf00t wants everyone from around the world to record a single rotation of the earth by having everyone record the sun set/rise.
watch his most recent video
(not hating on you or anything)
@bjam89 i don’t usually do POEis things but that was so over the top i figured no one would buy it. and yeah, i know what you mean, it’s depressing that there are enough people out there that would actually say what i said.
@BillKiernan so you are a poe, well i have a hard time figuring out if it is a joke or not, i have seen morons like that so my brain is on auto better to call them on the bs then think it is a joke, i have found people sure we are herbivores, i have found people who thinks the 2nd world war did not happen (yeah i am not kidding) people who thinks lots of BS yours was in the realm of that bs so good job
that’s a great idea, the best of luck

@bjam89 wow, POE was right.
@BillKiernan if you think so then the devil is far better at making a logical world then your god is
Just a heads up. You may want to ask the museum if it’s o.k. to put their museum on youtube. The only reason I say this is because I know some people who have actually got DMCA’d by places for putting their “property” online without consent. I’m not saying that’s going to happen but just lookin out for ya.
@TheTruePooka dinosaurs never existed, those “bones” are planted there by the devil. how dare you spread these lies to the little precious children!
@TheTruePooka Is it? Based on voting? I was just talking out of my ass; I have no idea.
I still don’t really know how YouTube works. I haven’t advanced conceptually much past the stage of making videos for, and watching videos from, the little people living inside my monitor

Yhen you probably also enjoy:

Best of luck to you!
@TheTruePooka There is one minor problem that could happen with animals and YouTube, the problem stems from a YouTube partner “TheJapanChannelDcom”/”TheSillyOldDude” getting a strike against his channels which are very large because they showed a naked chimp for a couple of seconds… so any animal… parts on display could get you flagged… yes… stupid I know but it did happen. Also I like the ideas of museums and zoos
@AlainG80 Nope – not comedy. A very serious channel. Sad it isn’t doing better. This is exactly why I want to do this project. Also videos average about an hour on that channel. Totally different project concept.
But thanks for making me aware of an awesome channel.
Already done, I think:
youtube.com/show/greatmuseums
That’s a good idea. You might want to approach the museums themselves for money.
Outro doesn’t work here, you made a video that actully shouldn’t offend anybody!
@jacktoe1 (shrug) nice idea. However, they’re giving the “prize” to 25 people/ winners. So…
@TheTruePooka
Thunderf00t didn’t put NextUp in the title or anything. It’s called “To Unify by Perception”

That would be awesome, both the museums and the childhood stories part. I’d definitely watch. Of course, you doing a makeup tutorial would be far more captivating. Captivating like a Jonestown documentary. *shudder*
Good luck! You deserve it!
You are like Howard Stern. You should always wear sun glasses even indoors. LOL
