Increasing Latino Recruitment, Retention and Graduation Rates The University Alliance Program builds on the Hispanic Scholarship Fund’s 35-year history of success in Latino higher education to help university partners identify, recruit and retain college-bound Latinos. The program provides scholarships for eligible students, works closely with the university to recruit within the community, and provides support services on and off campus to assist in the admissions process and ensure the success of these students through graduation.
