Can you answer Sheila-Marie B’s question?:
I always notice online the different sites that offer you free ways to apply for different government grants (First time homebuyers, start business, return to school, etc) but 100% of the time I go to the links, they are all scams. telling you that you need to pay between 70.00 and 170.00. Is there a site in which you can apply for the help, without getting ripped off ?

Those grants are usually handled in-house so if you apply for a mortgage, the lender would help you with any applicable gov’t programs available. If you apply for aid at college, the aid office would help you apply for government grants or loans. For businesses it would be banks, credit unions and maybe the SBA in some circumstances.
Try this guys site http://www.matthewlesko.com/Free-Money-To-Quit-Your-Job.html
Buy the book and get the money.
The government keeps a public database of grants, including full application instructions.
http://www.grants.gov
It is free to use.
It will not have the pell grant though, just the others.
