Can you answer T.Carson’s question?:
I have searched the internet for places that have grants for first time home buyers or builders, but every place I find always wants me to pay them at least 30 bucks to receive information. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

50 A. might be too large of a parcel of land to qualify for anything other than a standard construction loan.
Consider getting the land surveyed and have one lot, conforming to the mucicipality’s building code, for the home. THEN shop for “grants”.
You may not have to sell any of the other land.
At the same time, you want to make absolutely certain you have an easement in the form of a right-of-way to access your home on that lot.
Or you could have a few lots surveyed and sell off those lots to help pay for your home.
Check with the nunicipality’s xoning and codes offices to begin considering what exactly your choices may be or are.
Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!
