The socalled conservation groups like the cca have made stopping the commercial fishing into a big money making business with the donations from the public that does not know what is really going on and from government grants for their bad data on the fish. Yes sad to say One very greedy man I hear it is own by the Bush family yes George Bush’s LIke their not rich enough yet..Their the big reason we can not gillnet fish there!!!! GREED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My dad shrimps in Louisiana out in Barataria Bay and some channel off Grand Isle. He said he would never get into big fishing boats.
When I was shooting the net for Gibbie Dize I caught that same rig. It was not a pretty sight
